In Summary

The psychological appeal process requires careful and relevant interviewing on my part to determine the reasons for why you were disqualified: the negative aspects of your background, the way you conducted yourself during your oral interview, and your psychological test results that contributed to your rejection. Although every case is different, they are all similar inasmuch as they need a new telling of old facts so that the case can be understood differently than before. Although no outcome can be guaranteed, I believe that this approach is the best way to improve your chances of being hired.
